CEO

Peter has had over 38 years experience in the construction, nursery, landscape and environmental service industries.
He has employed over 25 staff and worked with 150 companies as a leading environmental contractor.
He has a broad range of skills from carpentry and joinery to plant transportation for the landscaping industry.
Peter has also owned and operated a 46-hectare tree farm and nursery with over 20,000 trees where he specialised in caring for and relocating established plants of many varieties.

Mark Holden
Director
Technical Consultant
Mark has over 40 years’ experience as an owner-operator working as a landscape contractor/plant operator within the horticultural and environmental industry. His breadth of experience in the field of landscape contracting enables him to provide detailed and sound advice on preferred work methods, vital to improving the design process and product quality.
Mark has managed and supervised a variety of commercial landscaping projects which include, the Glades at Robina, The Royal Pines, The Anchorage Islands at Tweed Heads, The Moorings, Bunnings Warehouse’s and Harvey Norman Centres to name a few.
In 2014, Mark worked at Kavieng, Papua New Guinea as a production and plant manager. This role involved all the earthworks and landscaping for the construction of a refrigerated food warehouse as well as training the locals for future development. He also delivers on his commitments with integrity leading to results.

With nearly 30 years of experience in the landscape industry and extensive collaboration with civil contractors, Glenn has developed a profound understanding of site requirements. His passion for delivering efficient and top-quality work drives him to excel in hydromulch seeding projects, from initial assessment to completion. Glenn emphasises the importance of correct site assessments, soil tests, and post-care practices to ensure successful outcomes. At Total Environmental Concepts, Glenn is committed to managing projects of any size with precision and expertise, using state-of-the-art equipment and techniques.
