Total Environmental Concept is seeking reliable and hardworking Labourers with a current MR Licence to join our growing team.
We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their work, and can operate safely and efficiently within a team environment.
About the Role
- General labouring duties
- Operating and driving MR vehicles
- Assisting with environmental and site-based projects
- Manual handling and equipment operation
- Working across various locations as required
What We’re Looking For
- Current MR Driver Licence (essential)
- White Card (preferred)
- Blue Card (preferred)
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work well within a team
- Safety-focused attitude
- Previous civil, environmental, construction, or labouring experience highly regarded

What are we looking for?
Machinery Operators
Come work for us as a machinery operator on our many worksites. You will need to be able to operate a variety of machinery, including bobcat excavators, as well as hold your HR or HC open truck licence (18 speed Road Ranger ) to be able to transport the machinery to and from the worksite.
Horticulturists and Landscapers
We’re looking for team members to expand the horticulture and landscaping aspect of the work we take on. You must hold a minimum Certificate 3 in Parks and Gardens and be willing to learn how exactly the work we do is beneficial to the environment.
Conservationists
We’re looking for team members to expand the conservation and ecological aspect of the work we take on. You must hold a minimum Certificate 3 in Conservation and Land Management and be willing to learn how exactly the work we do is beneficial to the environment.
